Description: The body material of this one-way check valve is made of Nylon 66 (PA66), which is a translucent or opaque milk white crystalline polymer. It is malleable with a melting point of 252℃ and a brittle temperature of 30℃. The thermal decomposition temperature is greater than 350℃ and can continuously withstand heat between 80-120℃. It is resistant to acid, alkali, most inorganic salt aqueous solutions, halogenated alkanes, hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, and other corrosion. However, it is soluble in phenol, formic acid, and other polar solvents. The material also has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and high mechanical strength.

The sealing material, made of Fluorinated rubber, is known for its high temperature resistance, resistance to oil, and resistance to a variety of chemical corrosion. It has a high degree of chemical stability and is considered the best elastomer in medium resistance. Fluorinated rubber also has excellent anti-aging and ozone resistance. It has high gas solubility but a low diffusion speed, resulting in low air permeability.

The spring material used in this check valve is SUS316L stainless steel, which is an acid-resistant alloy material. It has high temperature resistance, is easy to process, and has high strength.
